Fruit Cake Eggless

I made this for Christmas. I took this recipe from aayi's recipes

It came out quite nicely, even though I did not follow it accurately! I made all the sugar in to syrup and did not caramelise the whole thing, but instead made it like how we make the syrup for gulab jamun....
