I followed this recipe and got these great looking bowls. My suggestion is to use the smallest bowls since it is the perfect size. I bought some correlle bowls at walmart, (the smallest size available there). It hold 4 oz I think. Otherwise, the recipe is just great. Will definetely make it again.

Bread Bowls

At the link for the bread bowl recipe, I read through all of the comments, looking for someone else who had actually TRIED the recipe. Yours was the only one! You made them look as good as the original poster had done. Knowing that the recipe worked for someone other than its inventor makes me eager to try it! My family is not as fond of soup as I am, but maybe this presentation will win them over! --Laurie in Virginia
