My daughter Varsha made this dish, (she is 11).She wanted to make mashed potato but it tasted more like potato soup!
I don't know the exact recipe for it but had a vague idea.
We used 2 boiled potatoes, mashed them
added a tsp salt and
a Tablespoon of sour cream
and a Tablespoon of butter
and mixed it all up with a hand blender and
Varsha wanted to garnish it with some italian herbs!!
