Soaked - My entry for the Click Event



I cropped the picture of the soaked Channa in tea water, before pressure cooking it.

For my Pindi Chole recipe, you have to soak the channa in tea wate so it absorbs the color and ceomes dark. Take a look at the pindi chole recipe!
